FAMI Solution Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) to appropriately handle personal information obtained through the “Adomeets” service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

Article 1 (Types of Information Collected)

  1. Information about Foreign Job Seekers

    • Name, date of birth, gender, nationality
    • Address, contact information (phone number, email address, etc.)
    • Residence Card information (number, expiration date, status of residence, etc.) and its images
    • Face photograph and profile images
    • Educational background, work history, language ability, preferred job type, and other application-related information
    • Other profile information entered or uploaded by the user
    • Mobile phone number used to verify identity and ensure proper communication regarding acceptance procedures

  2. Information about Accepting Organizations

    • Corporate name, address, and contact person information
    • Business details, job postings, and other operational information
    • Information necessary for contracts and payment
    • A mobile phone number used by the Company, organizations or entities that are legally required to be involved depending on the relevant status of residence, or accepting organizations, for the purpose of conducting identity verification and making necessary communications related to acceptance procedures.

  3. Usage Information

    • Log data, access date and time, IP address
    • Cookies, identifiers, browser information
    • Data collected via analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity

  4. Information Entered When Using AI Functions

    • Text, images, and other data entered into AI features such as estimation generation or assistance (the Company does not use this data for AI model training).

  5. Information Collected When SMS Authentication Is Selected

    • Phone number
    • SMS authentication code (one-time password)

Article 2 (Purposes of Use)

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service
  • To manage user accounts
  • To enable browsing of information and notification of contact intentions between foreign job seekers and accepting organizations
  • To verify identity, confirm residence status legality, and prevent fraud
  • When SMS authentication is selected, to send authentication codes and prevent unauthorized access
  • To provide follow-up support such as usage guidance, status checks, and assistance in resolving issues.
  • To respond to inquiries and perform necessary communications
  • To send important notifications regarding the Service (including updates to Terms)
  • To analyze usage and improve the Service
  • To comply with laws or requests from government authorities
  • To implement support and provide information regarding the acceptance of foreign workers, and, to the extent necessary for such support, to cooperate with organizations or entities that are legally required to be involved depending on the relevant status of residence, and to share necessary information.

Article 3 (Management of Personal Information)

  • The Company implements necessary and appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
  • The Company provides proper supervision and training to employees handling personal information.
  • The Company applies strict protections such as encryption, access control, and log monitoring to important data including residence card images.
  • The Company implements access control, authentication management, and other necessary measures to prevent unauthorized use of account IDs and passwords. However, the Company is not responsible for damages caused by inadequate management by the user.

Article 4 (Provision to Third Parties)

  • The Company does not provide personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
    • When the user has given consent
    • When required by law
    • When necessary to protect life, body, or property, and obtaining consent is difficult
    • When providing information to contractors as needed (with appropriate obligations imposed)
    • When the user selects SMS authentication and the Company outsources SMS transmission (information provided is limited to the phone number, authentication code, and necessary transmission data)

Article 5 (Joint Use of Personal Information)

The Company does not engage in joint use of personal information without the user's explicit consent.

Article 6 (Handling of AI-Related Data)

  • Information entered into AI features is used only to provide the Service and is not used for AI training or improvement.
  • The Company does not guarantee the accuracy or usefulness of AI-generated outputs.
  • AI-generated outputs may not be protected by intellectual property rights, or such rights may not belong to the Company or any third party.

Article 7 (Use of Cookies and Similar Technologies)

  • The Company uses cookies and similar identifiers to improve the quality of the Service and to understand how the Service is used.
  • The cookies used by the Company are primarily for statistical and analytical purposes and are not used for third-party behavioral advertising.
  • The Service may use tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to collect analytical data. For details on how such tools handle data, please refer to the respective privacy policies of those service providers.
  • Users may refuse or delete cookies by changing their browser settings; however, some features of the Service may not function properly if cookies are disabled.
  • By using the Service while cookies are enabled in the browser settings, the user is deemed to have consented to the use of cookies as described in this Article, to the extent permitted by applicable laws and regulations.

Article 8 (Handling of Underage Users)

The Service may not be used by individuals under 16 years of age. If the Company determines that a user is under 16, the relevant account may be suspended or deleted.

Article 9 (Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion of Personal Information)

  • Users may request the disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information.
  • The Company will respond promptly within a reasonable scope in accordance with applicable laws.

Article 10 (Revisions to the Privacy Policy)

The Company may revise this Policy as necessary. Revisions take effect at the time they are posted within the Service.
